Launching its business as a specialty store for marine goods in Hakodate in 1948, we have expanded our line of goods with the times, from seafood to sweets, farming goods, dairy goods and processed goods. We are the leading company for providing high-quality specialty goods from Hokkaido.

Developing our original goods

We analyze our feedbacks, market trends, consumer demands and manufacturing data, and take opinions from our sales staffs and advisors into our original product development.
We have a corporate-owned factory mainly for repackaging purposes, where we add value to our original goods.

Operating our corporate-owned stores

We operate corporate-owned stores such as “おみやげ工房なとり屋”which is our information source to understanding both local and tourist feedbacks, and to grasp consumer behaviors throughout the market. We provide a whole range of marine goods, Hokkaido sweets, dairy goods, Ramen noodles, farming goods, local crafts and specialty goods, and use our feedbacks in our product developments.

Holding trade fair

Every February in Hakodate and March in Sapporo, we invite customers to our trade fair. New original goods, marine goods, sweets and farming goods from a range of manufacturers are showcased and it serves as a place where undiscovered Hokkaido gifts are shared.
